Breyers Blasts! - Creamsicle
To those who love cream popsicles will feel right at home with this Breyer's ice cream line. Unless you've never tried cream popsicle, this flavor will bring out that time in your childhood when you bought sweet treats from the ice cream truck.
Still on that ice cream kick. It's getting incredibly warm here in California, so am I to blame?
This new product by Breyers seems to be a nice addition to their line of ice cream: Blasts!® ice cream. Because it's not just "another" flavor, this contains the deliciousness from Creamsicle, derived from the popular brand Popsicle®: Orange Sherbet. It's a new product from Breyers so here we go:
While the ice cream was delicious, I feel the Creamsicle flavor really made up for it. Not that the ice cream with the Creamsicle flavor was a waste, nor was it bland, but it needed a twist, taste-wise. People may say that the Creamsicle is too overpowering but I didn't find that an issue. Sure, you may as well just munch on popsicle with the same flavor, but that's what the product is selling. At times, it very much is eating popsicle in ice cream form. However, the cream part of it made things a little too sweet. It's forgivable but I like it a little less, since there's enough sugar in the ice cream. Other than that, I recommend this for fans of both camps.
Not a bad line for Breyers—something to twist things up. The hot weather is already here, so may as well cool off with this before....they raise the price.
