Nothing like having chicken wings with restaurant-quality taste prepared at the comfort of your own home.

Perhaps it's just me, but meals involving chicken wings, I automatically say "yes" to. It's a treat to be able to munch on something that's easy to eat, and you don't feel guilty for having more than one. Yeah, honestly, who eats just one chicken wing—one? Man, and here I thought I was weird. Anyway, there are lots of ways to prepare chicken wings, be it served with a delicious glaze, fried to a crisp or even served coated with a dry rub. On this review, we'll look at these mouth-watering pecan-smoked flavored chicken wings. Don't drool too much now, or you'll wet your keyboard/tablet/phone.
While the bag offers suggestions to prepare the frozen wings, I went for the old-fashioned pan-fry method. Okay, yes, it's more oil-y but we don't own an air fryer at the moment, and our oven has been acting wonky lately (since getting rid of social media, I've been cooking more often). While this method may not be the most suggested, it's worth a try, so long as all the pieces are cooked thoroughly. The pieces are moderate-sized and not too large, enough to add to a full dinner, or a potluck. Whatever the occasion, chicken wings are the most versatile food you can dine on. Microwave the wings? No thanks.
After cooking and preparing your delicious wings, it's time to taste and enjoy them. Of course you'll enjoy them, as that smoke-y taste emantes off the pieces and the juicy meat nearly melts off your teeth. The skin and breading is crisp, as you can taste that pecan flavor off the bat. Even though pan-frying isn't the most recommended method—it was our last choice, prior to review—you'll likely get the most out of these using the air-frying or baking method. That smoke-y flavor reminds me of barbecue dry-rub ribs, but instead of pork, it's chicken. It's simple, delicious and has a humble taste, almost like you bought it at a restaurant. The flavor is unique, and to prepare them at the comfort of your own home is a treat made in Heaven. Food-wise, we're so spoiled nowadays, and cooking these restaurant-quality meals couldn't be any easier.
On the third picture shown above, you're wondering why I used more than one paper plate. First of all, one paper plate to hold all those wings aren't enough. Second of all, using more than one plate is able to wick away the oil without leaking through the bottom. A ceramic plate with paper towels? Yes, but paper towels stick to the food which I don't want happening. I just go with the paper plates.
While we were set for a perfect score, we noticed something on the bag, to refrigerate leftovers or discard. Even though frozen chicken wings are a give or take, since there are pieces that are inedible, we didn't like the suggestion to discard if not wanting to finish the entire bag or eat the previously cooked leftovers. Please, folks, let's not encourage food waste. According to SaveTheFood, a whopping 40% of all food in America is wasted. What if we're not allowed to shop at grocery stores anymore, despite the goings-on right now? Would you know how to grow your own food? If wasting Time is frowned upon, the same should be said about food. Do your part to help cut food waste. Who knows, you might even save money after all. Anyway, either that suggestion could've been re-worded properly, or have that removed entirely.
Despite that little flaw, these are wings you can't miss out on! If you cook and serve these at a party, your guest(s) wouldn't even know you cooked them. They're that good. Highly recommended!
