We found this at The 99 Store here in Southern California and gave this a shot. Applied a decent amount of this sauce on a few slices of pizza, we found this to be more flavorful than spicy. For those who somewhat fear the heat, this very brand shouldn't intimidate you. It has some kick but that's the peppers making its way through with this sauce. We wouldn't say that this is so hot, you'd need to call in some firefighters to take the flames out immediately. No, this brand right here will satisfy more than aggravate in terms of taste. We would even consider this as a "beginner-friendly" sauce to those who have always been frightened of eating anything spicy. For those already accustomed to hot sauce would find this to be a little bit on the low side, heat-wise.

The label states to keep it refrigerated after use, but this sauce is fine being stored on your pantry. As long as the room temperature is leveled and not too humid, then this should stay fresh until the printed date, or even longer.

It seems more and more restaurants are integrating spicy foods on their dishes, and I can imagine them using sauces like these to kick up the flavors. May as well jump on this before the restaurants drive up the prices, as if this inflation isn't bad enough already.
