The Company

KC Universal, a name originated in 2012, became the official network moniker originally launched in 2017. Original format started off as a news network reporting the goings-on at SHOWSOTROS Productions and book review website The Seeds of Books, KCU went on to merge both entities into one super network—the website you see right now.

The main force behind this network website is Kris Caballero, who started and launched SHOWSOTROS back in November 21, 2008; The Seeds of Books back in July 14, 2012, and KC Universal Network in April 21, 2017. All entities were consolidated into one mega website in November 2019.

From video production to writing and reviewing, KCU Network showcases various interests that Kris Caballero enjoys talking and reporting on. It is also a place to discuss and share ideas that get little to no attention, along with bringing general, fun entertainment for audiences old and new.

The Founder

Having done video production since 2001, writing/blogging since 2005, and learning software engineering, which led to his love of mathematics since 2009, Kris Caballero has had a passion for the creative arts. While having quietly called his retirement to video production in 2024, Kris went on to pursue, and graduate, with a BA in mathematics—his backup interest. Along with that, he's been writing and reviewing products to the open, online audience since 2012. After retiring from video production, and graduating with a math degree, Kris has been fully focused on writing and doing research full-time, given his accidental love of computer keyboards. Currently living in California, Kris looks to express his thoughts, advice, reflection(s), research, and the beauty of craft through his impeccable writing.
