Description

With little rehearsal and no post production editing, this awkward video features John B. and his good friend Gerald R. acting in one video alone, making it the first short film ever made. This also features a snippet of Gerald's martial arts skills.

A second version of this film was shot and recorded on Hi-8. According to Kris, both the camera and source tape were stolen.

"In attempt to upgrade, I got a Sony Hi-8 camcorder and recorded all kinds of stuff. Unfortunately, the camera, the tape and the carrying case were all stolen by some jackass who wasn't even a student on campus. More than 10 years later, I bought the both the camera and bag back which has now helped me feel more complete. The tape, sadly, is gone for good. It was then I learned I had to take good care of my equipment. Now I know why the ARRI Mini cameras are the most highly valued, yet most stolen, camera in the market."
