Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
Truly the most popular brand of hot sauce currently. What became just another humble of sauce became a huge hit by word of mouth alone, its sharp, tasty, viscous quality applies well to nearly all dishes.

Oh yes. Truly a remarkable sauce that doesn't need an introduction...or does it? Nope it doesn't, so let's dive right in.
When I first tried this, my mouth was on fire. It was so spicy that it almost felt like my fillings were melting. Even with a few drops, I still tried to grab for the milk and/or beer. However, since hot sauce is the top ingredient growing up in my family, as my awesome father was a huge fan of it, this bottle was never far away from my dining, especially needing spices to kick up my dishes for cheese omelets, hamburgers, pizza, noodle soups, spaghetti, ribs, steak, fries...the list goes on.
Sure it's raging spicy, but I enjoyed the flavors integrated into this sauce. Given the fact that it's viscous and not liquid, makes this a perfect hot sauce to eat straight from the bottle, part of a dipping sauce and/or as an ingredient to your recipes. When you dive into the sauce, you can taste its sweetness and the chili peppers, as it is fresh, delicious and mouth-watering.
As we ate more and more with this hot sauce, my whole family got used to it so much that it now comes off as "ketchup" to us. In other words, not a bead of sweat on our foreheads when dining with this. Still, the flavors and the fresh chili peppers are hard to resist. Even if it wasn't for the heat, it generally tastes good.
It's 2015 (the time of this writing) and 'foodies' are shifting towards the love for spicy foods and hot sauces. Don't lose your Man Card: eat with hot sauce. Eat with this.

- As most eaters have gotten used to its spicy taste, the flavor it delivers is unparalleled. Works excellent as both an ingredient or a condiment.
- For some reason, this sauce served in restaurants have a sharper, hotter taste than the ones sold at local grocery stores. (This, however, has no effect on our final rating.)
