I don't know about you, but I refer beef jerky as "the Scotch of all snacks." In other words, every time I eat beef jerky, I feel more and more manly.
This nice simple product from Pacific Gold delivers a no-fool-proof all natural beef jerky at your hands. The taste really gets your mouth watering for that tender beef and the flavors you can dig deep in the fibers of each piece. As a matter of fact, you can even taste the apple juice added as an ingredient in this package. However, like every bag of beef jerky, you run into pieces which come off bland and uneven in flavor. That's a tough realization especially when you've dug through the more delicious pieces. Nevertheless, despite the good flavors added, I like a little more kick to it but not necessarily spicy. Depending on the package you get, you either get one that's mouth-watering delicious, or average.
Besides that, I recommend this decent brand of beef jerky. If you want that rugged look and grow a fresh beard, eat some beef jerky.
- A humble brand with a humble taste. Not too salty, and is perfect for school lunches or a quick snack at work.
- Salt content isn't too strong, but may also be too bland for some.
