Whenever I'm about to go on a little driving adventure, say, to Las Vegas, not only do I fill up, but I make sure I pick this little treat up at the gas station. Yes, it's one of those gas station foods as a "holdover" from eating a full-on meal (last gas station food reviewed was Snak Club's Hot & Spicy Peanuts). Growing up, my parents always picked this food up before we went on a little road trip, and I grew up admiring its great taste.
Cheese Coffee Cake: it's just what it is. Upon tasting, you get a nice, sweet crisp of the crumb toppings while sinking in that soft, spongy texture of the cake. It's so soft, you barely need to flex your jaws to chew up the food. You do get a contrast of the cheese part, but remember that this is a cake, so don't feel disappointed if you expected a string of cheese stretching out bite after bite (like a pizza). Nevertheless, the cheese isn't overpowering; This makes a great treat for you coffee lovers out there as well. Despite its contents, it still feels and tastes guilt free.
The content of this food is enough for you to finish up, and fills you up enough for the next hour or so, especially if you bought this for your little road trip. It'll keep your stomach full enough until your next food stop (don't get lost!).
I sure would love to visit the bakery and taste this when it's piping hot. I'm a fan, so thank you, Bon Appetit!

- Only con was this was only commonly found in gas stations (although the distribution of this product is making its way to more grocery retailers).
