Selma's Fudgy Chocolate Crispy Treat
Along with its culinary aesthetics, this treat tastes good as much as it looks good. Certainly a delicious craft that won an award from a baking contest.
You really can't go wrong with rice treats. With so many variants out there in the markets, it's a simple recipe that satisfies many. Here's one from Selma's Cookie, and as you can tell, it's one big cube of sweet goodness.
The chocolate top isn't too sweet to the point where it's overbearing. It adds a nice touch to the already-delicious rice treat. Many people would have something to say about the frosting and the sprinkles being too bland, but it isn't worth complaining about. While we love and can handle the overly sweet, not too much of course, the frosting is nice and tasty enough to where you won't have second thoughts about the likelihood of a toothache. Some will still disagree, and that's fine. We don't like our treats too sweet.
Given how large this cube is, you likely won't finish it in one sitting (that's unless you really need to get your sugar content up!). The design is clean yet unique. We say so because it seems like something an influencer would indulge in; It's seems like something from a beauty influencer's pantry! Not that that's a bad thing, but after learning about the influencer industry as recent as 2019, and following one, Blush & Camo***, this wouldn't come as a surprise if this were discussed and reviewed by someone specializing in such field. The design of this product showcases why we made such reference.
We checked Selma's social media, and it seems that their Twitter isn't active; Their Instagram is questionable, so if you're thinking of following them, you may want to contact the company first.
