Happy Fourth of July!

Nothing like a great simple snack to get you through your day. However, we want to be mindful about the snacks about we consume and can't just eat anything. Enter these: Rufus Teague's BBQ Honey Roasted peanuts!

Sometimes, good things can be found at dollar stores and this one is no exception. After purchase, I immediately starting snacking and wasn't disappointed. The peanuts are crisp and not too hard to chew on ensuring satisfaction on every crunch (though if they taste too chewy then it's likely an expired product). Anyway, this flavor is what stands out: Featuring a bit of kick yet not too sweet. It wasn't under-seasoned nor over-seasoned, and each peanut was coated with the right amount of spices. Overall, this makes a perfect treat to snack on during school, work or just something to eat in between your meals.

Not a dealbreaker nor did it have an affect our ratings, but we wish this product's bag was bigger. We haven't seen if there's a larger container or bag, but this product size may be too small for the average snacker (depends how much you consume with regards to snacking). Besides that, a bigger bag would be nice as I enjoyed these a lot.

As a matter of fact, honey roasted is my personal favorite flavor when it comes to peanuts. I find the taste just right. Better yet, when finishing these, there wasn't a "pool" of leftover spices which means it was flavored just right without so much extra going to waste.
