Crying Tiger Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
A lower-leveled hot sauce that brings its famous kick that's it has been known for, but enough for the average eater. The spiciness is just right, and is perfect on most dishes to be enjoyed.
I already talked about the ever-popular Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, and now, this time it's a little different: Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce - Crying Tiger. Looking at the logo, you see a vicious tiger and not a crying one. Perhaps it's telling you to toughen up in handling the heat?
Talk about quality: it's very smooth and mouth-watering in taste. If you're controlling your heat intakes, I'd say this is best for you. Why is that? The sauce isn't very spicy, nor is it hot enough that you need to call firefighters to douse the flames off your tongue. I found this to be a little on the sweet, yet succulent, side with enough heat that anyone can tolerate (perhaps majority, if you don't like spicy sauces to go with your food).
I haven't found a bigger bottle of this sauce, so very much what you see is the bottle that is shipped and ready to be included in your kitchen pantry. A simple, tasty sauce, even for those who want to take a break from the massive heat. This is also perfect for you Sriracha fans, despite Sriracha being critiqued as "overrated." There's no such thing as "overrated" in the culinary world; If you're hungry, and are in the mood for a dish with a specific taste, eat it.
