La Michoacana Mango 'n Cream (Mango con Crema)

I don't care what anyone says: I'm not a fan of hot, humid weather. It's too hot to the point where I can't concentrate on my work, namely working on this website. Besides drowning myself in cold water, cool snacks like these make great alternatives to easing the heat.
Packaged with other flavors like strawberry, piña colada and lime, this mango and cream flavor stood out to me, as mango is one of my favorite fruits. The bars aren't just another frozen popsicle, as it contains delicious chunks of mango inside making this treat near-authentic. The taste is similar to when you enter in a fully air-conditioned room after baking in the sun for a good while; It's that good and that cooling. The Nutritional Facts says it contains 17 grams of sugar, but in no way did the bars taste too sweet. Because these bars are very much milk, they will melt a little faster than usual so snack in before it drips.
As for the mango chunks, again, not too sweet and taste very nice. It blends with the milk ingredients quite well adding a little bit of contrast to the bars. Tastes good!
If you dislike hot weather like I do, these are great, and inexpensive to pick up. Just pretend you're in Hawaii (unless you actually live there), sitting by the balcony of a beach house, laying back and enjoying the breeze while snacking on these. That tropical imagery may not actually cool you down, but this frozen treat surely will. Give it a try!
