Palermo Mediterranean Sea Salt with Grinder
Great brand with great-tasting salt. Whether used as an ingredient or a condiment, the salt content is more fresh than it is sharp. Not too overwhelming (that's assuming you don't use too much of it).

All of a sudden, a lot of people have partaken in the art of cooking now, so much that companies advertising their products and services assume their clients are food fanatics. I don't blame them, since food is comforting, makes you happy and is silent, all while looking delectable, delicious and ready to eat. Being that there are an eclectic number of dishes out there, it's best to pizazz it with some spices. And how about a humble, yet clean-tasting brand of salt from Palermo?
Now, yes, folks are careful with their salt in-takes. If anything, we advise not using table salt for both your recipes and your already-prepped food. What makes this brand of salt any different? This is Mediterranean sea salt, which has this natural taste without leaving you a second thought in that it might be processed (compared to table salt). What I like about this salt is it doesn't taste sharp—that "gun shot"/"acupuncture-like" feeling where you know that upon tasting, you can feel your blood pressure rise up. Not the case with this, as it has none of that "sharpness," just the taste of clean, fresh salt. Another cool thing about this is the salt is packaged in a grinder, allowing a fresh, modest amount on your food with a twist or two. (Of course, depending on the recipe, you may need more than two twists of grinded salt.)
I understand that salt can be quite difficult to describe and review given that it's nothing more than, well, salty. However, if you purchase this and taste it compared to table salt, you'll never want to use table salt ever again. After several taste tests, it feels like I'm tasting salt from an expensive restaurant. Makes me wonder if this was blessed by chefs like Emeril Lagasse or Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto.
Time to consider freshness, and time to make your dishes stand out. It is brands like these that won't make you frown at a spice with worries about your health. Don't be "salty," praise the beautiful taste of the Mediterranean sea salt with this!

- Clean-looking and clean-tasting salt. Under the assumption that it isn't applied too much, the taste melds well in any dish and isn't too sharp.
- None.
